Forest School
Forest School is an inspirational process that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in our very own woodland setting.
What is Forest School?
This is an incredible space adjacent to the school that allows children to explore, appreciate and begin to understand the natural world around them. A range of learner-centred activities creates a community for being; a flow of deep learning is achieved as the children take on various tasks that build self-reliance. Forest School is a holistic approach that fosters resilient, independent and creative learners, and allows the children to take supported risks appropriate to the environment and to themselves.
